** Painter
* * at Wasatch, you will perform a variety of skilled painting tasks to ensure all vacated apartments are painted to market ready status in a timely manner. You will also perform a variety of technical tasks relative to the assigned area of responsibility under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

* Schedule:

** This will be a temporary part-time position. Hours will be from 9am to 1pm Monday through Friday.
** Must haves:

The pay range for this position is up to $20 per hour depending on experience, plus quarterly bonus potential!
