A highly respected insurance agency with over four decades of experience in the business is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Assistant to join its team. This agency is known for its exceptional leadership and unwavering dedication to both employees and clients. If you’re motivated and eager to learn, you’ll love being part of this agency’s success!

• $40,000 to $50,000+ annual salary, depending on experience
• Full suite of benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)
• Generous PTO and paid company holidays
• Comprehensive training will be provided

• + years of administrative or clerical experience, prior insurance industry experience is a huge plus!
• An active Property & Casualty license is a plus!
• Software – Any agency management systems:
  Applied Epic, AMS
  360, Microsoft Office, carrier websites, and other software systems as needed for the position

• Performing administrative tasks, including document organization, scanning, and printing.
• Professionally managing incoming calls, promptly responding to emails, and proactively assisting clients with their insurance inquiries and needs.
• Maintaining accurate client files and policy details within the agency management system.
• Efficiently inputting applications and supporting online rating processes.
• Thoroughly verifying critical information for file documentation, such as premiums, policy numbers, claims reports, and forms.
• Collaborating with internal departments to meet customer needs effectively.
