Construction Cleaner

We are currently seeking a Construction Cleaners to prepare newly built or renovated homes for final delivery and homeowner move-in. This role focuses on detailed cleaning, debris removal, and final preparation of residential properties after construction is completed.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in newly built homes and residential construction environments.

Responsibilities

* Perform final cleaning of newly constructed or remodeled homes

* Remove construction dust, debris, packaging, and leftover materials

* Clean floors, baseboards, windows, cabinets, countertops, and appliances

* Vacuum, sweep, mop, and wipe down surfaces throughout the home

* Clean interior glass, mirrors, and fixtures

* Prepare homes for final walkthroughs and homeowner move-ins

* Ensure homes meet high cleanliness standards for client turnover

* Assist with light tasks such as removing stickers, protective coverings, and paint overspray

* Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies

* Report any damages or issues found during cleaning
