• Deliver professional and courteous customer service, clearly explaining issues and repairs needed to the customer.
• Maintain detailed records of services performed and parts used.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and corporate policies and procedures.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest Ford vehicle technology and service information through training and continuing education.
• Collaborate with the service department to ensure customer needs are met promptly and efficiently.

• Certified Automotive Technician with a valid automotive repair license or equivalent.
• Proven experience working with Ford vehicles or similar automotive experience.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a mobile work environment.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Capability to lift heavy parts and equipment and operate in various weather conditions.
