Supply Chain Leader – Digital Transformation Focus

What You’ll Do

Relate Search has partnered with a global organization seeking a forward-thinking Supply Chain Leader to modernize and digitally transform a complex, high-volume supply chain network. This high-impact role will oversee end-to-end planning, logistics, warehousing, and material flow while building a technology-enabled, data-driven operating model.

As a key member of the leadership team, you will architect and execute a digital supply chain strategy that integrates advanced systems, automation, analytics, and process standardization. You will drive visibility across the network, enhance forecasting accuracy, enable real-time decision-making, and position the organization for scalable growth.

This is a succession-ready role with long-term career path potential into broader enterprise operations leadership.

• Lead end-to-end supply chain operations including demand planning, supply planning, production planning, warehousing, logistics, and material management.
• Design and implement a digitally enabled distribution network strategy optimizing service, cost, and responsiveness.
• Drive ERP optimization (SAP) and deploy advanced planning systems to enhance forecasting accuracy and inventory performance.
• Champion automation initiatives including robotics, warehouse management systems (WMS), and data integration tools.
• Build analytics capabilities that enable predictive planning, scenario modeling, and KPI transparency across the enterprise.
• Standardize processes and embed digital workflows to improve efficiency, traceability, and operational visibility.
• Integrate customer service and order management into a unified, technology-driven supply chain organization within 12 months.
• Lead and develop a large-scale, multi-site team (300–400 employees), building digital capability and change agility across the organization.
• Serve as a visible member of the leadership team, aligning cross-functional stakeholders around transformation priorities.
• Champion continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, TPM, IWS) supported by data and performance dashboards.

• 15+ years of progressive senior supply chain leadership experience within complex, high-volume environments.
• Demonstrated success leading supply chain digital transformation initiatives.
• Deep expertise in SAP and integrated supply chain systems (planning, WMS, logistics platforms).
• Experience implementing automation, robotics, and advanced planning technologies.
• Strong financial acumen with ownership of cost performance, forecasting, and network optimization.
• Advanced analytical capabilities with the ability to translate data into strategic action.
• Experience leading large, multi-level teams through organizational and technology change.
• Executive presence with collaborative, humble leadership style and strong communication skills.
