- Minimum 3 years of experience in process engineering or chemical manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in chemical engineering or mechanical engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in process engineering or chemical manufacturing environment.
- Master's degree in a relevant engineering discipline
- Experience in the chemical or manufacturing industry
- Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing certification
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to drive innovation and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Strong technical expertise in process optimization, design, and troubleshooting
- Proven track record of successful project execution and delivery
