Kowalski Companies, Inc. a 105-year-old family‑owned company is seeking a full‑time FSQA Supervisor to work in our Food Safety and Quality Assurance Department at our plant.
Position Title: FSQA Supervisor
Location: Hamtramck, MI (In‑person)
Job Type: Full‑Time
Starting Pay: $75,000/annually
This position is responsible for the day‑to‑day execution of the facility's Food Safety Management System, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulation as well as SQF and customer requirements. It also implements and maintains FSQA policies (programs, procedures, and training) at the site.
This role is a management level position ensuring that all policies, documentation, records, and behaviors are effectively implemented and consistently executed.
This role directly supervises QC technicians and housekeeping associates.
