Schedule:

36 hours per week (two 12‑hour night shifts, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM)

Sign‑on Bonus:
Up to $7,500, based on relevant experience

• Establishes and maintains collaborative relationships with physicians and other health care providers.
• Delegates, assesses, provides, and evaluates patient care.
• Provides and delegates patient care activities to team members.
• Monitors patient progress and prepares patients for discharge.
• Reports directly to senior unit management and participates in shared decision‑making activities.
• Manages and provides patient care activities for a group of patients and their families, applying independent judgment and communication.
• Oversees leadership, partnership, collaboration, teaching, and supervision as part of the Patient Care Services team.
• Tends to a unit specialized in orthopedic rehabilitation, including post‑trauma, LTACH, and MVA cases.

• Graduation from a school of nursing. BSN preferred.
• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in Michigan.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) certification required.
• RNs trained in EKG interpretation and familiar with 1:6 RN ratio acuity assignments.
