* Market Build
* position begins the first week of February- the role lasts 4 to 6 weeks and consists of heavy manual labor at varying locations within the Hampton Roads area. Transportation is provided from our Hampton corporate office, as early as 6am each workday- at West Pembroke Ave, Hampton, VA.
Candidate must be ambitious and able to work in the outdoors. Once the

* have been completed, the candidate may be offered an extended seasonal role based on their work performance during the
* Market Builds*.

* Warehouse Worker
* would then transition to our Hampton Warehouse location that would then conclude in late July.
"Warehouse Worker to join our team at the distribution center. We need ambitious and hardworking individuals who do not mind working in hot or cold conditions and can work an entire shift while standing We prize safety, speed, and accuracy above all else, so we require Warehouse Workers who can pay careful attention on the job, follow instructions precisely and double-check his or her work before completing a task.
Warehouse Worker responsibilities and duties:
Pick merchandise from the distribution center and transport it to the shipping bay
Receive merchandise for return or delivery and verify its contents
Count, ticket, and or stock merchandise based on inventory placement
Identify damaged, lost or missing merchandise and notify supervisor immediately
Pack orders in an orderly manner and close cartons so they are prepared for shipping
Treat merchandise with care and concern at all time
Train and support new employees as they are on-boarded
Scan all containers to determine appropriate contents as well as end destination
Load/Unload trucks- pricing and ticketing of product
Work well with others, Flexible open to change, Ability to lift 50 plus lbs, Standing, Pushing, Pulling, Reaching, Bending, Squatting, Building
* Current forklift certification a plus not required
* Previous warehouse experience a plus
* Dependable & eager to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
* Transportation provided ONLY from the warehouse to any off-site job locations
M-F (some weekends when needed) start time may vary-
