$21/hr. | Agency Vehicle | Full Benefits
Monday - Friday 8:30 am to 5 pm | Rotating On-call

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team.

• Perform maintenance and repairs across agency facilities.
• Utilize skills in electrical, plumbing, and carpentry to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Ensure safe and efficient operation of building systems.
• Respond to facility needs in a timely and professional manner.

• Demonstrated experience in electrical, plumbing, and/or carpentry.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Must be able to pass background and drug screening.
• Valid driver's license.

• Agency van provided for work‑related travel and on‑call responsibilities.
• All tools and equipment supplied by the agency.
• Virginia Retirement System (VRS) participation.
