As a Gas Utility Laborer
, you'll receive 1-4 weeks of paid training to develop essential skills for safe and efficient work in the field. You'll work under an experienced Foreman alongside skilled Equipment Operators and Pipe Fitters, gaining valuable hands-on experience and on-the-job training to build a strong foundation in the gas utility trade.
This role offers opportunities to develop specialized skills in excavating, trenching, shoring, and more.
- Valid Driver's License, required

What You'll Do
- Use hand tools to dig around utility structures to prevent damage
- Load and unload equipment and materials
- Keep worksite clean and organized, free from hazards
- Perform maintenance and cleaning on vehicles and equipment
- Maintain all industry-required Operator Qualifications
- Perform tasks as directed by leadership
What You'll Have

Work Environment
- Outdoor worksites with potential extreme weather
- Work instructions in English; fluency required
- Physical tasks including lifting (up to 50lbs), standing, climbing, kneeling, reaching, and crawling
- Work within the “red zone” of heavy equipment
- Requires quick, accurate hand-eye coordination and alertness
Legal Requirements
