The Support Center Security Associate will support operations at the assigned support center or retail location by engaging with customers and associates, monitoring the site for disruptions and partnering with site management to de-escalate situations as necessary.

The associate in this position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 Years' experience in a related field preferred.
• No professional certifications are required for this position.
• Valid state driver's license, insurance and satisfactory driving record are required.
• Associates in this position will be required to successfully pass a criminal background check and sex offender check.
• Basic ability to operate a computer using Microsoft Office software and basic typing skills, required. Loading...
• Must be able to learn to operate applicable surveillance camera systems.
• Must be able to gain certification in CPR/First Aid/AED as provided by Goodwill.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills? are required.
• Excellent customer service skills are required.?
• Associate must be capable of working both individually and as part of a team.
