Key Responsibilities- Engage and consult clients on Audi vehicles and technology
- Respond quickly and professionally to internet and phone inquiries
- Conduct premium test drive experiences
- Maintain consistent follow-up and CRM discipline
- Build long-term client relationships for repeat and referral business
- Stay current on Audi product knowledge and competitive positioning
- Deliver a transparent, efficient, and high-level client experience
- Previous automotive sales experience preferred (luxury experience a plus)
