- Stay up to date with industry trends, vehicle specifications, and financing solutions to position yourself as a trusted fleet consultant.
- Automotive sales experience is required; highline or commercial vehicle sales experience is preferred.
- Strong business acumen - ability to work with decision-makers who expect professionalism.
- Exceptional communication skills - clear, timely, and knowledgeable interactions.
- Tech-savvy & organized - comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools.
- Driven & self-motivated - takes initiative and aims to exceed sales goals.
- Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
