Hourly Wage: $19.5 - $32.5 per hour. (The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.)
Additional Compensation: Annual or quarterly performance incentives may be included, and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be paid depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Job OverviewFront End Service associates are focused on compliance and customer service. They smile, greet and thank customers, process returns or refunds, and carry out financial transactions. They are always ready to help with customer questions and needs. The role may require standing for long periods of time.
