Perform store opening, closing, and Front-End processes, ensuring accurate and timely execution and operational readiness;
Coordinate with the Operations Manager to maximize staffing effectiveness for traffic, sales, and customer experience;
Plan and execute daily/weekly zone workload and assign tasks to deliver on store, department, sales goals, and guest engagement;
Support store team in customer satisfaction, inventory control/shrink, safety, loss prevention expense control, and customer experience;
