Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store and omni-channel experience where available;
Promote and sell products and actively promote the Hello Member loyalty app and in-store sustainability initiatives;
Keep up-to-date with fashion trends, tendencies, styles, brands, and products to inform customers;
Operate fitting room and checkout areas and manage garment cycle from unpacking/refill to steaming;
Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house with stock replenishment
