• Count and record inventory with precision; accuracy is essential.
• Follow a consistent workflow and playbook for success.
• Move between inventory locations, walking or standing for extended periods.

• Minimum age 18.
• Experience in retail, stock, customer service, cashier, sales, driver, or warehouse work preferred, but no inventory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
• Comfortable learning handheld scanners or count tools.
• Strong focus, attention to detail, and reliable attendance.
• Positive, team‑oriented attitude.
• No degree required; open to non‑career, returning workforce, and military veterans.
• Access to reliable transportation.

• Stand for prolonged periods; walk, lift up to 25 lb, and perform repetitive motions.
• Frequently work in low‑level positions such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching.
• Use ladder, lift, and carry items up to 25 lb.
• Travel by car and occasionally by plane, including overnight stays.
