This role is available at Walmart’s neighborhood market in Hampton, VA. The position focuses on keeping the Fresh area fully stocked, rotating products, and maintaining food safety standards throughout the day.
Pay$15.00 – $28.00 per hour
Additional CompensationIncludes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may also be paid, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Meat / Produce associates are focused on keeping the Fresh area fully stocked. They also rotate product and maintain proper food safety standards. After moving incoming merchandise out to the sales floor, they ensure Fresh displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.
