Team Member, Restaurant​/Food Service

Position Summary Statement: The line positions are critical to the daily success of the restaurant. Our mission is to serve hearty and flavorful food, and it must be done right! The front lines of our operation, the line, must exceed standards to ensure we fulfill our mission.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent menu and product knowledge.
• Responsible for preparing guest orders accurately.
• Effective communication with guests, handling questions and concerns professionally.

• Participate in all Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation fundraising initiatives.
• Maintain an organized, stocked, and sanitary workspace.
• Willingness to perform additional restaurant duties such as cashiering or cleaning, as directed by management.
• Adhere to all food safety and safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Compensation: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
