Our Hampton Office has just been fully refurbished and is primed for expansion – and we’re looking for a hands‑on, ambitious Lettings Associate to help us grow across Hampton and Twickenham.

Whether you’re early in your property career or looking for a new challenge in a growth‑focused team, this role offers a real opportunity to make your mark in a respected, independent agency with a big vision.

• Supporting business growth across
  Hampton and Twickenham
• Generating new lettings instructions through canvassing, follow‑ups and local outreach
• Carrying out viewings and building strong relationships with applicants
• Preparing property listings and assisting with marketing
• Supporting landlords and tenants from enquiry to move‑in
• Coordinating with our compliance and progression team to ensure smooth lettings
• Helping with daily office operations and CRM updates

• Be part of a
  refurbished, high‑growth branch with strong leadership
• Earn£35,000+ OTE
  with a £20,000 basic salary

• Work5 days per week (Monday–Saturday, with a day off in rotation)
