Key Responsibilities- Conduct detailed analysis of quality performance metrics for individuals, teams, and the organization
- Perform audits, coaching sessions, and development meetings to enhance associate performance
- Maintain internal quality data to track trends and guide performance improvement strategies
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required
- 2 years of experience in an international contact center with a focus on quality
- 2 years of healthcare experience
- Fluency in Spanish and English required
