We welcome new graduates seeking a structured mentorship program as well as experienced veterinarians ready to take their careers to the next level. Have a passion for exotics? That’s a huge plus! You’ll have the opportunity to make exotics your sole responsibility if you choose to work with them.
Your Schedule at a Glance:- Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 AM (No late nights!)
- Every third Saturday: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM
- Dedicated Surgery Day: 1 morning per week
- Competitive salary ($108K - $130K) based on experience
- Production-based incentive (21%) – optional

- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Virginia
