As a full‑time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a vital role in our Adult Comprehensive Outpatient Services program. Working alongside a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals—licensed therapists, psychologists, and nurse practitioners—you will assist the staff psychiatrist in medication management, conduct health assessments, and provide essential nursing support to our clients. Your contributions will be instrumental in ensuring the well‑being of individuals living with mental health challenges, from severe conditions to daily stressors.

What You Need To Be SuccessfulTo excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications.
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with the Virginia State Board of Nursing.
- One (1) year of experience in medication administration in a substance abuse treatment, psychiatric setting, or long‑term care facility, including the dispensing of narcotic medication.
In addition, you should have proficiency in conducting health assessments, medication management, and providing supportive counseling. Strong communication skills, empathy, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team are essential.
