Night
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM Rotating weekends and holidays as required by facility
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry rhythms Assess patients’ cardiovascular and overall clinical status Identify and respond promptly to changes in patient condition Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Accurately document patient assessments and interventions in EMR Communicate effectively with physicians and care teams Educate patients and families regarding care plans Adhere to clinical protocols, facility policies, and HIPAA standards
Required Qualifications:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (state-specific or compact, as applicable) Minimum 1–2 years of acute care nursing experience Prior Telemetry or Cardiac Monitoring experience Strong critical-thinking and assessment skills Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
BLS and ACLS certifications (per facility requirements) Experience in telemetry, step-down, or progressive care units Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
