Job Details

Job Details / Responsibilities:

Develop and optimize CNC programs for multi-axis milling, turning, and complex machining centers
Interpret engineering drawings, models, and specifications to create efficient toolpaths
Select appropriate tools, feeds, speeds, and strategies for precision and productivity
Simulate programs to verify accuracy and avoid collisions
Support setup and prove-out of first articles on the shop floor
Troubleshoot programming issues and refine processes for continuous improvement
Collaborate with machinists, engineers, and quality teams to ensure part conformance

Qualifications:

Strong experience in CNC programming for precision machining (multi-axis preferred)
Proficiency with CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Gibbs

CAM, or similar)
Deep understanding of GD&T, blueprint reading, and machining best practices

Experience with large-scale or complex parts in defense/aerospace/industrial applications
Available for day shift (7am-3:30pm) or 2nd shift (3:30pm-10:30pm) and ready to start ASAP
