General Manager
Mercedes Benz of Hampton is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our Hampton, VA location. Responsibilities- Oversee all aspects of dealership operations including sales, service, parts, and administration.
- Develop and implement business strategies to meet dealership goals and objectives.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
- Manage budgets, financial reports, and operational metrics to ensure profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and the Mercedes Benz corporate network.

- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role within the automotive industry.
