Position OverviewThe General Manager is the restaurant leader responsible for the success of an individual restaurant. This role focuses on achieving sales goals, employee performance, and adherence to company policies and practices. The GM utilizes systems and processes to maximize profits, ensure guest satisfaction, and develop team members. This position reports to the District Manager.
Qualifications- Minimum two years of management experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) required
- Valid Driver's License
