Responsibilities:

• Oversee P&L by following cash control, maintaining inventory, scheduling labor, reviewing financials, and taking ownership for results.
• Motivate, train, and develop outstanding team members – building a team that excels in their role and knows our focus is about giving them the resources to grow personally and professionally with ongoing training and leadership development.
• Conduct performance appraisals for team members.
• Prepare your team for success by teaching and training everyday operations.
• Partner with Operations Supervisor for succession planning and talent development.

Qualifications:

• Must have 2+ years of restaurant general manager experience in a 2+ million restaurant.
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Prior QSR experience is required. McDonald’s experience is a plus, however, not required.
• H.U. graduate.
