The Housing department ensures that student‑housing facilities are well maintained, clean, and safe for the students of CNU.

Maintain various floors by performing floor maintenance duties using appropriate equipment and supplies.

• Knowledge of cleaning methods and supplies
• Skill in using floor maintenance equipment and supplies
• Good organization skills
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions
• Team‑work ability
• Effective communication and positive relational skills with faculty, staff, and students

• High school graduate or equivalent education/experience that equates to a high school diploma
• Valid driver’s license
• Experience with floor maintenance and floor maintenance equipment
• Experience with cleaning methods and cleaning supplies

• Experience working at a university

Starting at $31,200, commensurate with education and experience.
