CANES DevSecOps Infrastructure-as-Code Architect Security Clearance

Position: CANES DevSecOps Infrastructure-as-Code Architect with Security Clearance
Zachary Piper is seeking a CANES Dev Sec Ops  / Infrastructure-as-Code Architect to lead the design and automation of next-generation CANES afloat networks. This role combines deep CANES domain expertise with hands-on development in Ansible, Terraform, and Python, delivering secure, repeatable, and Navy-aligned CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

* Architect CANES network and platform configurations as code

* Build Navy-aligned CI/CD pipelines (Git Ops, automated testing, compliance gates)

* Implement Zero Trust principles and compliance-as-code (STIG, RMF)

* Collaborate across cybersecurity, platform, and application teams

* Mentor engineering and fleet sustainment teams

Required Qualifications:

* Active DoD Secret clearance

* 8+ years in network/platform engineering; 3-5+ years IaC automation

* Direct CANES experience and Navy CI/CD delivery

* Strong skills in Ansible, Git, Python, and network automation

Preferred Qualifications:

* Navy PMW delivery experience

* Certifications:

Cisco Dev Net, CCNP/CCIE, RHCE/Ansible, CKA/CKAD

* Familiarity with Git Lab/Jenkins, PKI/CAC, Zero Trust segmentation
