Weapons and Tactics Analyst – Langley Air Force Base, Virginia.

• Develop, coordinate, and implement techniques and procedures (TTP); support the development and update of Air Force Instructions and exercise learning objectives.
• Possess a thorough understanding of AF Distributed Common Ground System (AF DCGS) operations, AF Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) policy, guidance and operations, and Intelligence Community Directive.
• Act as a wing-level advocate at Weapons and Tactics (WEPTAC) events and collaborate with internal/external AF DCGS stakeholders.
• Understand systems integration, information exchanges, and applications at AF DCGS and Air Operations Center operating levels.
• Align training and exercise learning objectives (DLO) with operational mission initiatives; participate in Headquarters Air Combat Command-led exercise planning and execution; capture lessons learned.

• Bachelor’s Degree and 8 years of experience, or a Master’s and 6 years of experience. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Experience/familiarity with Jira/Confluence.
• Must have a current TS/SCI Security Clearance.

• Experience with DCGS operations.
