We are seeking a GEOINT Advisor at Langley Air Force Base, Virginia
. This role is an integral part of a prestigious Military Intelligence Program, supporting the USAF Air Combat Command’s (ACC) ISR mission

• Deliver executive‑level assessments to senior Air Force ISR leaders, focusing on integrating advanced ISR technologies into joint war fighting strategies.
• Serve as a GEOINT subject‑matter expert, addressing multi‑ISR discipline analysis to meet command requirements.
• Collaborate with AF Distributed Common Ground System (AF DCGS) teams to enhance mission operations.
• Conduct ALOE traces and analyses, ensuring requirements are met for DCGS consumers.
• Review and refine DCGS products and TTPs to align with directives from the Air Force and Intelligence Community.
• Stay at the forefront of ISR advancements by evaluating emerging technologies and solutions.
• Perform in‑depth analyses of trends, systems, and processes, while implementing training improvements and quality‑control metrics.
• Act as a liaison across air component operations, intelligence units, and ISR production teams, driving collaborative success.

• A bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of related intelligence experience. Additional related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Hands‑on operational experience with Air Force DCGS.
• Comprehensive understanding of Intelligence Community Directive 203:

• Outstanding oral and written communication skills with critical‑thinking capabilities across operational, theater, and strategic levels.
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively to develop innovative solutions to complex ISR challenges.

• ISR experience at the Air Force Wing level or higher

Pay Range: $73,450.00 – $. The pay range is a general guideline only and is not a guarantee of compensation.
