To excel as a Case Manager at Hampton-Newport News Community Services Board, candidates must possess a Bachelor s degree in Human Services (e.g., Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Counseling) and one year of experience providing case management services. A valid Driver s License is essential for this role as it involves outreach and client visits. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to effectively assist clients with a variety of needs, as well as excellent organizational abilities to coordinate services and resources efficiently.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
