Key Responsibilities of the PCU RN
• Monitor and manage patients with complex and evolving conditions
• Interpret cardiac rhythms and respond to changes
• Administer medications and titrated drips
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Document assessments and interventions accurately
Requirements
• Active RN license (VA or Compact)
• 1+ year of recent PCU/Stepdown experience
• BLS and ACLS required
