PRN Respiratory Therapist/Registered Nurse

Within Aeroflow Sleep, the Clinical Sleep team is comprised of 50+ clinical staff. The clinical team is the face of our company and focuses on outstanding patient care. We educate patients on disease process, cleaning, and maintaining sleep equipment to help patients achieve a higher quality of life. Patient care is our passion.
Your Primary Responsibilities- Maintain HIPAA/patient confidentiality, providing private space for telehealth appointments.
- Have an individual responsibility for knowledge of and compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.
- Compliance is a condition of employment and is considered an element of job performance.
- Regular and reliable attendance as assigned by your schedule.
- Other job duties assigned.
- Educate patients on use of home medical respiratory equipment, troubleshooting, in person or via telehealth.
- Provide respiratory skills to patients in the field as directed by physician orders.
- Provide exceptional care to patients and work with family members to ensure comfort and respect for the patient.
- Demonstrate a professional attitude at all times.
- Certified or Registered Respiratory Therapist or Registered Nurse.
- 1+ years’ experience in home health preferred but not required.
- Must be able to navigate multiple browser windows and screens.
- Knowledge of Respiratory Care Field and ability to act as a resource for peers and non‑clinical staff.
- Highly organized, able to handle multiple tasks at a time, and willing to work remotely via telehealth, in office, or in home environments.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Essential job duties and physical demands include maneuvering around objects, climbing stairs, bending, twisting, lifting and transferring objects up to 75 pounds, operating telephone and other equipment, meeting productivity standards, and maintaining all required licensure and certifications.
