Sentara Medical Group Family Internal Medicine Careplex West Office is now hiring a Full-Time Patient Care Representative in Hampton, VA!
Hours: Monday-Friday, Dayshift.
NO NIGHTS, HOLIDAYS or WEEKENDS!
As a Patient Care Representative with Sentara, you will be responsible for registration process of new and current patients at the site.
Primary responsibility will focus on completing check-in and check-out functions to include collection of copays, scheduling of appointments, and requests for medical records. Answers telephone calls and greets all patients and visitors with a smile.
Education- HS Diploma
- Customer service experience preferred
