As a Child and Adolescent Mental Health Case Manager at the Hampton-Newport News Community Services Board, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless delivery of essential services to our diverse client populations living with mental health, developmental disabilities, and substance use disorders. You will provide comprehensive support by conducting assessments, creating tailored treatment plans, coordinating with service providers, offering counseling, and intervening during crises.

To excel as a Child and Adolescent Mental Health Case Manager at the Hampton-Newport News Community Services Board, you must possess strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations, which are essential for building client trust and rapport.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services such as Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or Counseling
• One (1) year experience in case management services
• Valid Virginia Driver’s License

In addition, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks concurrently will enable successful coordination of services and resources for our clients needing care.
