Pediatric Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)

Location: Hampton, VA, Virginia

Position Summary

As an outpatient pediatric clinician, you will have the chance to work with many children from birth to age twenty-one. Our teammates are dedicated to the treatment of our young patients, providing individualized one-to-one attention and customized plans of care to meet your child’s needs. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to attend sessions so they can carry skills and home exercises into their child's daily life.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver individualized one-to-one occupational therapy sessions to pediatric clients.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to design and implement custom plans of care.
  • Involve parents and caregivers in therapy sessions and provide home exercise instructions.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of progress and treatment plans.

Position Qualifications
  • Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
  • Current or pending licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant within the state of Virginia.
  • Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
