Flexi Physical Therapist Assistant
This is a flexi-pool role that provides treatment coverage at four outpatient therapy centers in Hampton, Newport News, and Yorktown.
As a Physical Therapist Assistant with Sentara, you will administer physical therapy treatments and procedures under the supervision of a physical therapist. You may assist in developing treatment plans, carry out routine functions, and document the progress of treatment within the scope of treatment plans established by a physical therapist.
You will also provide age-appropriate education for clients and caregivers, supervise, and assume responsibility for care provided by team members.
Education- Associate Degree in Physical Therapy Assistant (Required)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification - American Heart Association (AHA)
- Minimum of 2 years
