Key Responsibilities Conduct Quality Control examinations of loan reviews and provide real-time feedback to analysts Ensure regulatory compliance and identify trends of errors for escalation to management Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and coaching to staff on loan review processes
Required Qualifications 5-7 years of experience in mortgage underwriting and quality control Strong understanding of underwriting guidelines, regulatory compliance, and TRID practices
Experience with condition clearing processes and credit rating agency requirements Ability to produce underwriting reports and analyze results Bachelor's degree preferred; experience in second level reviews and performance management required
