About

the role
  • The Manufacturing Engineering Manager is responsible for leading the Manufacturing Engineering team to ensure products and manufacturing processes meet customer specifications and quality standards.
  • This role supports both daily production and long-term manufacturing development initiatives and works closely with engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and quality teams at both local and global levels.

  • Leading and developing the Manufacturing Engineering team to support production and development initiatives.
  • Making critical decisions related to product quality, including disposition of non-conforming materials and deviations.
  • Developing and implementing manufacturing engineering programs, standards, and processes.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and quality management systems.
  • Implementing and documenting corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Guiding teams in data collection, analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Representing Manufacturing Engineering in cost reduction, Lean, and Material Review Board activities.
  • Supporting planning and management of departmental goals and objectives.
  • Managing, training, evaluating, and developing engineering team members.
  • Supporting contract reviews by identifying manufacturing and quality requirements.
  • Analyzing and reporting manufacturing performance metrics.
  • Championing organizational priorities in Safety, Quality, and Delivery.
What you already have...
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field.
  • 7–10 years of overall manufacturing or engineering experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of Engineering Management experience.
  • Experience in high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environments is highly preferred
