Civil Engineer Program Manager

CSEngineering is looking to add a Program Manager to our growing team! This position will lead and drive the planning, programming, and execution of projects in partnership with the Civil Units within DoD and key stakeholders. You'll oversee engineering integration, provide cost estimates, Gantt charts, and ensure mission continuity in Top Secret/SCI spaces.

• Work with Civil Units within DoD's Project Managers to ensure proper integration of engineering planning, programming, and execution for all Construction projects.
• Coordinate project requirements with the end users and leadership to ensure proper execution of the construction and renovation program for the Construction projects.
• Know and adhere to all instructions outlined in the 32 series Civil Engineer AFIs.
• Track the planning, programming, and implementation of all Construction projects.
• Provide Program Oversight, Planning Solutions, Programming Cost Estimates, and Gantt charts for Construction projects.
• Provide weekly input for the Weekly Activity Report.

• Security Clearance:
  Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI)
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Community Planning required.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is preferred.
• Must be a United States Citizen.
