Receptionist – Senior Living Residences
Location: Cornerstone at Hampton, 298 Exeter Road, Hampton, New Hampshire
Availability: Per Diem – as needed coverage for vacations and time off
Pay & Benefits: Rates start at $14 per hour. Responsibilities:
- Serve as the central information hub for the community.
- Manage all incoming phone calls.
- Greet visitors and provide community information.
- Handle resident transportation and outing schedules.
- Assist residents with various requests.
- Perform administrative duties as assigned by the Director of Business Administration.
- Maintain superior people skills at all times.
Requirements:
- Experience with email, calendar management, and answering phones.
- Physical ability to stand, sit, bend, and transfer residents with or without assistance.
- Effective communication skills with residents and co‑workers.
- Punctuality and reliability.
