We are currently open and developing first class gaming venues in Rochester, Hampton, and Littleton.
Table Game Dealers (in training) are responsible for efficiently learning assigned table games, accurately handling chips and cards, managing bets and payouts, and ensuring a lively and enjoyable gaming atmosphere for players. Table Game Dealers (in training) will also be required to learn general knowledge of casino standards and operating procedures.
Employment after training is not guaranteed. Candidates must pass interview, math exam, and live audition to gain employment.

- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- No prior dealing experience required – paid training provided.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn quickly, follow direction, and maintain focus under pressure.
- Must pass background check and licensing requirements.
- Flexible availability required – includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
This position is classified as temporary for the duration of the training period. Transition to regular employment is contingent upon successful completion of the training program and is not guaranteed. Further terms will be discussed during the interview process.
