Production Supervisor

Manage a crew of warehouse personnel, oversee customer relations, and handle all aspects of warehouse operations, including production, efficiency, and employee development. In the manager’s absence, you fulfill the role of On‑Site Manager, essential to the site’s overall success.

Monday‑Friday 8:00 am – 4:00 pm

• Communicate expectations and goals to employees daily, weekly and monthly.
• Promote a safe working environment and ensure Safety Standards are met.
• Conduct safety and shift start‑up meetings with employees.
• Accurately complete daily production paperwork.
• Load and unload materials from trailers.
• Move pallets or materials by pallets or in crates around the storage facility.
• Stack pallets or materials in the correct manner, following inventory control instructions.
• Ensure loads are secure.
• Perform daily equipment checks on all industrial power equipment.
• Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards.
• Maintain a clean & safe working environment that meets Relogistics standards.
• Assist with forklift driver duties, as needed, supplying and retrieving pallets or materials to/from different areas within the warehouse, making accurate decisions regarding the movement of pallets or materials to maximize the efficiency of the location, as well as tracking these movements in a timely/legible manner.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of applicable experience, preferably in manufacturing, supply chain/logistics, or distribution environments; 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Demonstrated ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedural instruction manuals.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Experience in MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Forklift, yard truck, and sort machine certification may be required.

• Ability to work in extreme conditions, including elements, heat, cold, and air particulate.
• Repetitive adjustment of body position to bend, stoop, walk, turn, pivot and stand for entire shifts of varying lengths.
• The noise level in the work environment is dependent on location.
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required (eye protection; ear protection mandatory at several locations; safety shoes).
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and color vision.
• Must have a good sense of balance & good eye‑hand‑foot coordination.
• The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
