Become Elite Soccer provides a highly inclusive soccer experience for players of all ages and abilities in the local community. Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Soccer Coach role based across NH & MA, depending on which part of the year and season we are in. The Soccer Coach will be responsible for developing training programs, conducting practice sessions, evaluating and mentoring players, and fostering teamwork and sportsmanship.

Additional responsibilities include running one (or more) soccer teams that play in either NHSL and/or NECSL. A coach will also providing constructive feedback to players, and engaging with the community to promote soccer opportunities for youth players. Coaches may also be asked to help the running of additional programs, leagues and tournaments. This includes reffing and coaching Become Elite Soccer teams during internally organised leagues and tournaments.

Low commitment. One practice night a week and games on Sundays. Holiday tournaments are not required. Competitive pay offered based on previous coaching experience and licenses.

Coach MUST LIVE LOCALLY or BE WILLING TO COMMUTE.

Qualifications
  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience in Soccer Coaching and Football
  • Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with players, parents, and staff
  • Proficiency in Coaching techniques and tactics, with the ability to develop players' skills
  • Background in Education or experience working with youth programs is highly valued
  • Passion for soccer, leadership abilities, and a commitment to fostering a positive team environment
  • Preferred having a minimum National D coaching license or equivalent certification. We will help you obtain one upon starting if necessary. This includes paying for 50% of the course upfront, and the other 50% upon completion of two years employment.
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
