We're looking for a skilled Fabric Technician to join a global Facilities Management provider's team in Hampshire. This permanent role offers an excellent salary of £32,000 per annum and provides the opportunity to be part of a professional maintenance team ensuring the upkeep and repair of building fabric and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM):
Carry out regular maintenance tasks on building fabric elements.
✔️ Reactive Maintenance:
Address and repair issues related to doors, flooring, ceilings, partitions, and fixtures.
✔️ General Building Repairs:
Complete basic carpentry, painting & decorating, and minor repairs.
✔️ Site Inspections:
Inspect both internal and external building fabric to ensure safety and aesthetics.
✔️ Team Support:
Assist the wider maintenance team with general upkeep and minor works.
✔️ Health & Safety:
Ensure all tasks comply with safety regulations and company policies.
✔️ Record Keeping:
Accurately log maintenance tasks using the company's management system.
✔️ Continuous Improvement:
Identify potential issues or opportunities for improvement within the building fabric.

Requirements:

* Experience as a Fabric Technician, Building Maintenance Technician, or similar role.

* Strong knowledge of general building fabric maintenance.

* Experience with PPM and reactive maintenance schedules.

* Carpentry and general repair skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Strong attention to detail and high standards.
