NEOS Engineering is recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing plant hire company based near Guildford. They are seeking an experienced and motivated Key Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with their commercial clients.

As a Key Account Manager, you will be the main point of contact for key customers, responsible for understanding their requirements, providing solutions, and ensuring exceptional service. This is a client-facing role that combines strategic account management with practical knowledge of plant hire operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with key clients in the plant hire sector

• Identify opportunities to grow revenue and expand service offerings

• Coordinate internally with operations, service, and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction

What We re Looking For

• Proven experience in account management, preferably in plant hire, construction, or equipment rental

• Strong knowledge of plant, machinery, and hire operations is advantageous

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Target-driven with a proactive and solutions-focused approach

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Professional attitude, reliability, and strong organisational skills

• Full UK driving licence
