Hours:

20 hours per week | Flexible working available

Location:

Fordingbridge (office-based with flexibility)
Salary: £38,000 FTE + 10% commission (pro rata: up to £20,000 per annum including commission)

About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and confident Sales Advisor to join a well-established organisation supporting a charity-led IT services programme. You’ll work with local businesses, handling inbound enquiries and making outbound calls to promote services that deliver real value to the community.

This is a part-time role (20 hours per week) offering flexible working arrangements and the chance to be part of purpose-driven work.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound sales enquiries from local businesses interested in charitable IT services.

* Make outbound calls to introduce and promote the charity programme.

* Clearly explain the benefits and impact of the organisation’s IT services.

* Build and maintain positive relationships with business owners and decision-makers.

* Follow up on leads and progress opportunities to completion.

* Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.

* Work towards achievable sales and engagement targets.

* Represent the organisation professionally and ethically at all times.

Skills & Experience

* Previous experience in sales, telesales, fundraising, or customer service preferred.

* Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls.

* Confident communicator with strong rapport-building skills.

* Organised, reliable, and self-motivated with attention to detail.

* Positive attitude and an interest in charity-led or purpose-driven initiatives.

* Able to manage workload effectively within a part-time schedule.
